Bill Harms, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cool Runnings International, Inc. is an accomplished and results driven professional with over twenty-five years of experience in commercial refrigeration, electrical, and construction. He is highly successful at providing strategic leadership, establishing long-range goals and strategies while acting as lead “client-care officer” through direct contact with the customer.

As an entrepreneur, in the 1990’s, Bill received recognition by the Better Business Bureau as the fastest growing private company in Silicon Valley where he spearheaded the development and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. This experience furthered his deep appreciation for the importance of integrity and the necessity to exceed the customers’ expectations.

In addition to founding Cool Runnings International, Inc. Bill has led national and international companies in various commercial construction industries as President, CEO, COO, National Director, and Board of Director positions. His professional success is a direct result of executing a strategic vision while focusing on customers and improving operational efficiencies.
