Bill Harms

Bill Harms

Bill Harms, President and Chief Executive Officer of Cool Runnings International, Inc. is an accomplished and results driven professional with over twenty-five years of experience in commercial refrigeration, electrical, and construction. He is highly successful at providing strategic leadership, establishing long-range goals and strategies while acting as lead "client-care officer" through direct contact with the customer.

As an entrepreneur, in the 1990's, Bill received recognition by the Better Business Bureau as the fastest growing private company in Silicon Valley where he spearheaded the development and implementation of effective growth strategies and processes. This experience furthered his deep appreciation for the importance of integrity and the necessity to exceed the customers' expectations.

In addition to founding Cool Runnings International, Inc. Bill has led national and international companies in various commercial construction industries as President, CEO, COO, National Director, and Board of Director positions. His professional success is a direct result of executing a strategic vision while focusing on customers and improving operational efficiencies.

While enjoying the daily challenges of entrepreneurship, Bill relishes time with his family and enjoys traveling the world.

Don Shaw

Don Shaw

Don Shaw, Chief Operations Officer for Cool Runnings International, is an integral member of the senior executive team. His passion for this industry has thrived over 45 years and continues to grow as he looks to the future. He has a talent for developing plans and strategies for emerging business opportunities as well as establishing a comprehensive array of services and programs.

Don’s career history includes military service to his country, residential & commercial construction, and entrepreneurship in many fields. His commercial construction business focused on providing electrical services in manufacturing, food processing, and cold storage facilities.

Cool Runnings International offers the perfect platform for Don to continue creating more efficient and eco-friendly solutions for the refrigeration industry while also providing cost effective processes.

Don enjoys his role as COO and continues to set sail, both literally and figuratively, by fulfilling his longtime dream of sailing his boat and providing world class service to his clients. His passion for life and all it has to offer is contagious. Don has simplified his life and enjoys his time living on a sailboat where he says “life feels pretty amazing!”

Dan Winten

Dan Winten

Dan Winten, Chief Financial Officer for Cool Runnings International, has a passion for providing the tools and financial services needed to align with corporate strategy and focus on the fiscal functions of the corporation.

Dan received his Bachelor of Science (BS) degree in Business Management, minor in accounting, from Colorado Christian University and a Masters of Business Administration (MBA) degree from Argosy University. Prior to joining Cool Runnings International, Dan served over 12 years in corporate accounting and later changed careers to pursue a consulting and business analyst role helping medium to large sized companies automate and integrate core and financial business processes. As an entrepreneur, Dan excelled at providing services in the construction, business, technology, and financial fields. These experiences continue to energize Dan’s passion for cloud computing and Software as a Service (SaaS) and the opportunities it opens for small businesses.

Dan can be found in his spare time fishing, hiking, enjoying family time, volunteering with various ministries, or serving as a Disaster Action Team member with the American Red Cross.

Ernesto Tapia

Ernesto Tapia,

Ernesto Tapia, Operations Manager for Cool Runnings International, is highly skilled at the design and execution of construction strategies. His drive, enthusiasm, and analytical talent ensure that all construction projects are completed on schedule and within budget. Ernesto’s passion for quality and prioritization is contagious, and as an effective leader he has the ability to unite the crew in repeatedly performing projects at the highest level while exceeding customer expectations.

Ernesto holds a degree in Electro-Mechanical Technologies and is recognized by the EPA with a Universal Certification. He began his refrigeration career with a refrigeration equipment company, which eventually became Hillphoenix, where he worked in all areas of the refrigeration field. Ernesto is known for his ambition and leadership skills which have allowed him to quickly rise through the positions of Foreman, Project Manager and onto Field Operations Manager at Cool Runnings International.

Having worked on a commercial fishing boat on the Bering Sea, Ernesto attributes that period of labor intensive work as the foundation which fostered his leadership skills, work ethics, and his preparedness for the hard work and demands of the construction industry. Ernesto manages and participates in the construction, installation, modification, maintenance and repairs of refrigeration systems. While not working for CRI, Ernesto loves spending quality time with his family and enjoying life.

Russell Moulton

Russell Moulton

Russell Moulton, Pre-Project Operations Manager, is committed to providing well-timed, accurate support in advance of on-the-ground construction projects. His attention to detail and zeal for smooth operations breed success, both for Cool Runnings International, and their customers.

Russell holds a Bachelor of Arts degree from Louisiana Baptist University in Christian Communications, with an emphasis in Management. Prior to joining CRI, Russell owned a small construction business for 10 years. He then joined a Disaster Relief/Emergency Services training program based in east Texas known as the Air Land Emergency Resource Team. His 20 years of service there included positions of Facilities Manager, Director of Operations, and Executive Administrative Officer, being directly involved in over 400 national and international disaster relief efforts and community service projects.

Though "work" is his constant hobby, family is a priority for Russell, who enjoys spending time with his wife, four grown children and grandchildren.
